The Good Shepherd are recruiting for a Team Leader – Operations, who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the charity’s day-to-day services.
Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and Service Manager, the successful candidate will lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring that all aspects of our front-of-house triaging, free-to-access food services, and food deliveries, are executed efficiently and effectively.
The post is for 35 hours a week with a salary range from £30,030 to £33,670.
